Helios Aerospace is a multi-national aerospace company and space manufacturer headquartered in Houston, Texas. The company was founded by Dev Ayesa and his partner Richard Hilliard who initially rose to prominence through a breakthrough in nuclear fusion. On April 16, 1987, Helios won a contract with NASA to mine Helium-3 from the Moon. The availability of clean nuclear energy led to an apparent curb in global warming.
