The Ministry of Paranormal Warfare is a section of the United Citizen Federation's Armed Services organised and controlled primarily by Federal Intelligence Agency. It's purpose is discovering and creating ways to use Paranormal abilities, such as psychic powers, for military application. During the time of Battle of Fort Casey and the John A. Warden Incident, Carl Jenkins is in charge of the Ministry as the minister.
